郵遞失敗的包裹
您的貨件有可能會因郵遞失敗而退回。若不幸發生上述情況,我們會盡力與您聯繫以安排重新送運。重新郵遞的費用將會由買家承擔。
如果您在收到到貨確認電子郵件後的30天內仍無法接收您的產品而沒有與我們聯絡;或者您沒有向我們提供足夠或準確的交貨指示,導致我們不能安排寄出貨品,在不影響任何權利或賠償的情況下,我們將自行決定取消您的訂單,並向您收取由於提供的信息不充分和不准確而導致未能收到產品的任何額外費用和損失 。公司不會作任何退款及賠償,公司將保留索取任何未付款項或因此類取消而產生的相應費用的權利。

When you place an order on TA-Collection, in-stock items leave our shipping facility within 3 to 7 business days from your order being placed, Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. All orders are subject to product availability. For high demand products, processing time of shipping products might take longer. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order or at a pre-order stage, we will restock and ship out as soon as possible. WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Currently we offer worldwide shipping with different shipping carriers depending on different countries. Orders placed with a free shipping promotion will be shipped via a shipping carrier of our choice. Free shipping promotions are subject to limitations in certain locations.
Hong Kong District:
Free local SF shipping on order over $500HKD.
District outside Hong Kong:
Most shipments are now arranged via DHL Express or FedEx for your orders shipping outside Hong Kong. Customers need to bear the shipping fees. Customer needs to pay the extra fees If there are any additional charged such as import tax depending on the shipping destination.

Generally, we offer worldwide delivery for all the products.
SHIPPING TO REMOTE AREA
The shipping cost does NOT include extra costs defined as remote area shipping fees from the chosen shipping company. When your shipping address is defined as a remote area according to the shipping company, we will contact you to collect the additional shipping cost before we ship out your order.
If you are not sure about whether your address is remote or not, you are recommended to check at the website of the shipping company (either DHL / Fedex) before placing your order. Alternatively, you can provide another shipping address which you have access to and it is not considered to be a remote area.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Occasionally packages are returned to us undelivered. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for reshipment. We would reserve the rights for charging any additional cost or expenses incurred from such arrangement.
If you are unable to collect your products within 30 days after shipping completed email is received; or you have not provided us sufficient or precise instructions for delivery, under the circumstances of not affecting any rights or indemnity and at our discretion, we will cancel Your Order and charge you any additional expenses and losses caused by insufficient and inaccurate information provided or your failure to receive the Products. No refund will be issued. We would reserve the rights for claiming any pending payments or corresponding expenses incurred due to such cancellation.
DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSPORT
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately and provide evidences.

- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items which you have placed in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
- Once Your Order is successfully accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. The contract between you and us is thereby established and is bound by the Terms and Conditions. You shall, to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law, neither cancel nor amend the order howsoever.
- We cannot guarantee any Products shown on the Website are available for sale at any time. If We cannot satisfy any order for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount (or part thereof) which you have paid to us and shall not be liable to any person should we exercise such right.

有關新產品預訂
由於所有新產品預訂都是按客人下單訂購的數量進行預訂,不能修改或取消的。如果客人需要取消新產品預訂,所收取的訂購款項將不獲退還。
取消訂單
下單後,您的訂單將會自動處理並盡快發貨。若訂單尚在處理中,同時買家於下單後24小時内決定取消該筆訂單,本公司將收取產品價格的10%作行政費。若因為供應商延遲交貨以導致訂單延遲發貨,同時買家於下單後24小時内決定取消該筆訂單,本公司將收取產品價格的10%作行政費。一旦訂單已經發貨,則無法取消該筆訂單。若訂單已在運送途中,但買家堅持取消訂單,本公司將於產品退回公司後才會安排退款,而買家需全數支付產品運送費用。請留意,本公司會收取取消商品金額的40%作補貨行政費。
如果您想減少相關商品的購買數量,客戶只能在訂單發貨前取消訂單,此舉屬於「 部分取消」,您將會被收取取消商品金額的10%作為取消費用。

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items for further examination. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
If any goods are out of stock and cannot be provided to customers, we reserves the right to refuse to accept the order, or provide same type of goods and price for replacement. If we are unable to provide any products or services on your order, we will notify you via email.
About Pre-order Items
All New Products Pre-order are ordered to the supplier based on order quantity by customers, the quantity can't be modified after submission. If customers want to cancel a pre-order item, all the deposit are not refundable. Please confirm your order carefully before placing your order.
Small scratches may be detected due to the manufacturing process. As these scratches are not defects, they are not grounds for exchange/return.
Order Cancellation
All orders are automatically processed and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. If order cancellation request is received within 24 hours of order placement AND the order hasn't been shipped yet, 10% of your cancelled amount will be charged as cancellation fee. If order shipment is postponed due to delay delivery from suppliers, and cancellation request is received after 24 hours of order placement, order cannot be cancelled. Once shipping arrangement is arranged, it cannot be cancelled and refunded.. Under the circumstances where order cancellation might be considered after order is shipped, cancelled items need to be returned to our facility before refund is issued. Please note that customers are responsible for all fees involved for returning items. In addition, 40% of your cancelled amount will be charged as restocking fee. All non product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.
If you want to deduct the product quantity after your order is placed, it will be considered as Partial Cancellation. Please noted that 10% of your cancelled amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
